For the application, you will need current photographs of your home. High quality photos help ensure that your home is represented at its best. They are also invaluable when matching renters to listings and when determining appropriate rental fees. If you are registering via paper application, a CD containing the photographs is required. You must include photos of each room, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and exterior shots.

One of the first things you will need to do is determine how much you want to charge visitors to rent your home.
