Small appliances available include a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. First floor front loading washer and dryer are available. Upstairs includes a game room with billiard table, ping-pong table, dart board, television, and board games. The master bedroom suite is on the main level with king sized sleep number dual zone bed and attached bathroom. The master bathroom includes separate vanities. A 2023 master bath remodel includes a 7' wide tile shower, heated floors, vaulted ceilings, and skylight. Upstairs has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with an attached bathroom sink vanity and direct access to #1 shared hall full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed across the hall from the #1 shared full bath. Bedroom 4 has a twin bed with #2 full bathroom just outside in the hall. The game room includes a pull-out Lay-Z-Boy queen-sized sofa bed. If utilized, this becomes the 5th bedroom and the house sleeps 9. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy and safety for children to play. Badminton and cornhole will be available. Access to the garage will be unavailable because we had to put our stuff somewhere. Diamondback recumbent bike is available.
