Homes are traditionally grouped into three categories: host home, dinner home or sleeper home. Host Home

A host home is best suited for larger groups and more social activity during the tournament including receptions for guests and clients, cocktail parties and dinner parties. These homes are spacious and built for entertainment. The kitchen and dining areas will be well equipped and large enough for cooking dinners for medium to large groups. Renters will use this type of home much like they would their own. External catering services may also be employed. Daily maid service is included.

Dinner Home

A dinner home is best for sleeping and small evening gatherings for guests and clients. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or small business gatherings. Dinner homes are not only more cost effective than traditional hotel settings, but also offer great flexibility for entertaining, such as a large dine-in kitchen. Daily maid service is included.

Sleeper Home

A sleeper home is much like a luxury hotel and uses include sleeping, small gatherings, possible light cooking and entertainment. Daily maid service is included.
